Back to Superemotional Basics
Some long years ago I was a rather emotional person, which I actually still am, but I guess I used to let it show more back then. I loved listening to superemotional electronic music which I love to this very day but somehow seem to have forgotten all about it.
Today, I'm posting a few of those memorable tracks that used to stir me up.. Please, enjoy! :)
PS: Unfortunately, I couldn't find my most favorite emotional track on Yotube - Freska - Some turns inside.. Such a pity!

Easter stuff
I don't know about you Catholics, or other types of Christians, but in the Orthodox world we color our eggs either on Great Thursday or on Great Saturday in the week of Easter. So I decided to do that on Thursday, since we were going to visit my parents this weekend and I wouldn't be able to do it in that case. I was so enthusiastic, I couldn't wait to color my own eggs for the first time as a separate housewife, so to speak.
Unfortunately, everything seemed to turn out wrong. I was so devastated, I almost cried last night.. Until my boyfriend offered his help and actually saved the eggs, lol! The paint turned out to be one I wouldn't buy again, so the eggs look a little bit strange, but still are our first Easter eggs as a couple (we didn't really celebrate Easter last year, so that's our first :)).
I'm so proud of us! We had SO much fun :) Here's the end result:

The first real post in this blog :)
Greetings everybody!
I've been a member here for a few years now, not really blogging, but rather reading.
When I created my account back then, I had no idea what would I write about. Now I'm way more confident about writing, as I'm more confident about the stuff I'd like to do in my spare time.
Now, to introduce myself. My name's Rositsa and I'm soon to be 24.
I work full time as a graphic designer at an advertising agency. Unfortunately, as the stupid financial crisis took over the world, business went bad and I'm now looking for other ways to express myself, and possibly make profit. Or save money. Or better - both.
So, thinking that way made me see opportunities everywhere - especially when it comes to my household. I'm getting ideas all the time!!! I'm really interested in making my rented place as cozy as possible and intend to share my progress with you! I'm also willing to write about every little beautiful thing I make. I'm telling you - I'm really excited about that!!!
I have a wide range of interests, but almost all of them are some type of art - digital painting and vector images, photography, little crafts here and there for the household, making pretty things and things look pretty :) and so many more!
I also love animals, and me and my partner, with whom I live, have 3 parrots, and a huge fish tank!
I'll post the rest of the pictures later, when I'm back home!
Luckily, my partner shares many of my interests and supports me completely!
I'm just waiting to put my hands over that gorgeous retro entirely mechanical sewing machine (which is actually mine, but couldn't take it with me the last time I was visiting my parents - THANKS MOM for the great idea!!!) and use it to sew some stuff for my home! YAY!
I'll be leaving now, see you again soon!
xx
